Application Support Specialist

Personable Phone Support MS-SQL SSRS Client Handling Ticket Logging

We’re looking for someone to join our Application Support team. It's a client facing role (mainly over the phone) helping to train and troubleshoot and problems a client might have. It's far from your standard support desk though - the team have an active role to play in customising the applications and making reports in SQL. You'll get 'under the hood' with the Development Team and help bring about the new features our clients need.

It’s a small friendly team and it's the heart and soul of our company. We tend to run with no real hierarchy or red tape – we’re quite proud of the approachable environment we have and hopefully you’ll enjoy it too.
